Platform data includes imported business records and provenance, contact requests, account credentials (hashed passwords), concept content, claim details, inquiries, and first-party aggregate events. Analytics store no visitor email, IP address, or device identifier. Rate-limit keys contain temporary IP hashes.

Use & access

Operators use permitted records to prepare concepts and commercial drafts. Business owners can access only their tenant's content and inquiries. No real email delivery occurs in demo mode.

Retention & requests

Retention must be set according to source licenses and applicable obligations. Suppression persists to honor opt-outs. Use the concept removal link or contact form to request a correction, access, or removal. Requests are reviewed by the operator.
